We're staying in a hotel which is located in a quiet area surrounded by tall trees. It's very close to the bus station and we're on our way to attend a trade show at the venue. the room is clean and nicely furnished with a fully equipped kitchenette. the service is generally good and the breakfast is adequate to start the day.
There's a downside to this hotel. One of the housekeeping issues we’ve encountered is the lack of cleaning equipment in the room which led to us being charged for breaking the hotel policy.

The location of the place was great, surrounded by trees and near the bus stop. the pool was a highlight, perfect for a refreshing swim after exploring the area. Plus, the kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals whenever we wanted.
There was no air conditioning, which made the rooms quite hot during the day. the cleanliness could have been better, especially on the balcony.

It was a good hotel for reasonable price. We were there with two children and it was quite comfortable and peaceful and we had a good sleep. They have a garden with childrens playground so this was additional plus as in this time of year it was still chilly to let children to the pool which is outside hotel.
The only thing we find dissatisfying was that wireless internet connection was not working in all around the Hotel as we were told at the reception desk. It was only working in the lobby and every morning at the 9 o clock the connection fall out (((( And the cleaning of the room is not counted into the price and it needs to be paid additionally which is also dissatisfying but this is what you get for such a price. Nevertheless it was a pleasant stay at the hotel and I do recommend it to families and also to elderly people.

I loved the size of the room. There is a living area, kitchen and even a balcony, for the price of a normal hotel room! All the admin/reception people we dealt with were very friendly. The laundry room was very convenient for us, as was the free parking. Wished we booked a longer stay!

I recently had a short stay at this hotel with my family and I have to say, we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms were comfortable and clean, providing us with a great night's sleep. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring our needs were met throughout our stay. We also appreciated the affordable prices, making it a value-for-money choice. Additionally, the location was convenient, with a nearby mall offering a variety of dining options. I would also like to mention the breakfast, which was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from.
All in all, our stay at this hotel was fantastic and we couldn't find any faults.

We spent a week in this nice family hotel with a large pool and very helpful and friendly stuff. Price -quality for Cannes is very good, and the pool and a small park area offer a lot of fun for the kids. Many French families are staying for holidays. The small basic kitchen is very handy and fully equipped and keeps the holiday budget limited Free parking and the bus to the centre of town and to the crowded beaches of Cannes (except on the two beautiful island) stops directly before the hotel (ca. every 15 minutes per hour and you need 20 minutes to the centre). Very happy what we got for our money and merci beaucoup for the friendly people running the hotel.

Map deceiving of how far away it is from beach. Was not aware it was a residence NOT a hotel.
Too far from Cannes center.

Great value and plenty of facilities. This apartment hotel offered fantastic value for money with clean, functional rooms and plenty of amenities to keep the whole family entertained. The open-air swimming pool was a particular highlight, as was the safe and secure parking for our rental car. Plus, the fully equipped apartment provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
Limited dining options and inconvenient location. While the apartment itself provided us with all the necessary facilities, we did find the breakfast options limited.
